I buy the diapers to wrap around him sideways. They don't hold. The best diapers I've found for him and that don't cause puppy rash, are Luv's overnights. Yes, dog's can get a rash on the bare skin. But Pampers material itself gave my dog his rash. These diapers DT sells are sub standard. All else about the store is great.
