To me they are exactly the same as Huggies, thry for the same, feel the same, etc. I hated Pampers because of the perfumy smell. I also think each baby is so different in size/shape and that's why they make different types of diapers.
The Supreme was an older Huggies design. IIRC Huggies is the one with the "size up indicator" on the waist band. Sizing is the same as is the number of diapers ber box, per size. I bet we see the Supreme fade out over the next couple months. Edit: It's been 2 weeks now and the old diapers …
I LOVE Kirkland diapers! They are all that I buy for my two boys. I have struggled with my kids peeing through their diapers in the middle of the night no matter what brand, size, style, etc. that I chose and have found that though no diaper keeps it from happening, that the kirkland diapers hold up much better than others.

My overall recommendation for Costco/Kirkland diapers is a solid 4.5 out of 5. (We used 1000s of Kirkland wipes as well). But see below for what others have to say. Other Costco Diaper Reviews were overwhelmingly positive. I’ve reviewed a ton of products. It is seldom that I see such positive reviews about a product, period.

At first when he was born, we used pampers swaddlers in between sizes because I found that huggies/Kirkland were longer in the crotch so if we were in between sizes, we may have a leak issue. The swaddlers I found fit wider so one box would get us from one size of Kirkland …
